Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates to join Bharat Matrimony as a Relationship Officer. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in finding suitable matches, explaining membership plans, and providing end-to-end support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound and inbound calls to customers.

• Explain membership plans and convert free members to paid members.

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable profiles.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with customers.

• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

• Update customer details in the system accurately.

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries professionally.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification: Any Graduate

• Good communication skills in English and regional language.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Basic computer knowledge required.

• Willing to work in rotational shifts.
