Key Responsibilities:
New Client Acquisition: Identify and onboard new business clients.
Business Renewal: Achieve sales targets by growing revenue from existing clients.
Lead Generation: Develop a qualified lead database through referrals and cold calling.
Closure and Collection: Manage prospects, negotiate commercials, and close deals with proper documentation.
Process Adherence: Ensure all actions align with company processes and policies.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve productivity and implement effective solutions.
Graduate with good communication and interpersonal skills.
1–2 years of experience in B2B Sales / Inside Sales.
Strong client handling and escalation management skills.
Confident, self-driven, and target-oriented personality.
Positive attitude and aptitude for sales.
Flexible and proactive approach toward problem-solving.
