Job Description: Business Development Executive (BDE/BDA)
About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with hands-on experience in EdTech B2C sales. The ideal candidate should be passionate about counselling learners, achieving conversions, and working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Drive B2C sales through inbound & outbound calls.
Understand the learning needs of students and recommend suitable programs.
Convert leads into successful enrollments through effective follow-ups and counselling.
Maintain a high conversion ratio and achieve weekly/monthly sales targets.
Manage leads efficiently using CRM tools.
Build strong relationships with prospective learners and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Provide regular sales updates, performance reports, and pipeline forecasts.
Required Skills & Experience
Mandatory: Experience in EdTech B2C Sales (1+ year preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and counselling skills.
Fluency in any South Indian language or Marathi (in addition to English/Hindi).
Ability to handle high-volume calling and follow-ups.
Comfortable working with targets and fast-paced sales processes.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
