Preference will be given to candidates with 2–5 years’ experience in:
Schools / Preschools / Coaching & Tutorial Institutes / EdTech / Training Institutes / Education Franchises.
The ideal candidate should possess:
Strong parent/student counselling and relationship-building skills.
Experience converting enquiries into paid admissions.
Excellent follow-up and communication skills.
Good spoken English and Bengali; Hindi will be an advantage.
Working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and digital lead management.
Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing.
Ability to coordinate effectively with an external marketing agency.
Smart, confident and professional presentation.
Creativity in developing local admission and promotional initiatives.
Strong ownership and a target-oriented approach.
Willingness to travel between GI3’s Kolkata education centres.
