Job Description:
We are looking for a confident and target-oriented B2B Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to join our team. The role involves identifying potential business clients, generating leads, communicating with decision-makers, and closing sponsorship and exhibition opportunities for business conferences and events.

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through calls, emails, online research and networking.

• Identify and approach potential sponsors, exhibitors and business clients.

• Make outbound calls and conduct follow-ups with prospective clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.

• Understand client requirements and present suitable business opportunities.

• Negotiate and close sponsorship/exhibition deals.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.

• Achieve monthly and conference-wise sales targets.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.

Requirements:

• Good English communication and convincing skills.

• Confident and comfortable making outbound calls.

• Strong interest in Sales and Business Development.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Preferred Background:
B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, Event Sales, Exhibition Sales, Telesales or Field Sales.
