We are hiring a Business Development Executive responsible for lead conversion, customer engagement, and sales growth. The role involves handling CRM leads, maintaining a strong sales pipeline, and driving revenue through customer acquisition and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Call and manage daily assigned leads from CRM
Convert leads into paying customers through regular follow-ups
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
Maintain accurate lead updates and customer interaction records
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Coordinate with operations and support teams for smooth order processing
Re-engage inactive or dropped leads to improve conversions
Handle customer queries throughout the sales cycle
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Deliver a positive customer experience during the sales process
Requirements:
Good communication and negotiation skills
Confident in handling customer conversations
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Basic understanding of sales and business development
Proficiency in Kannada and English preferred
Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
