Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) 

Location: Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata

Job Type: Full-Time (Work from Office)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Qualification-12th pass and above

Exp- with good communication skills and experience with sales ,bde or marketing or bpo background will work.

Salary Exp -15,000-22,000 in hand per month.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong client-handling abilities, and a proactive approach toward generating business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels.

2. Minimum 6 months to 2 years experience in Sales profile. (Website and Software sales profiles are highly preferable)

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

4. Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.

5. Present and promote company services to prospective clients.

6. Handle client queries and provide appropriate solutions.

7. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

8. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
