About the Role

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented HR-Business Development & Placement Executive who can develop relationships with companies, generate recruitment tie-ups, collect job requirements and successfully place suitable candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach companies for recruitment and staffing tie-ups.

• Connect with HR Managers, Recruiters, Business Heads and decision-makers.

• Generate new corporate clients and build long-term relationships.

• Collect current and upcoming Job Descriptions (JDs) from companies.

• Understand company requirements and coordinate suitable candidate profiles.

• Source, screen and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and companies.

• Follow up with candidates and companies throughout the recruitment process.

• Ensure selected candidates complete the joining process successfully.

• Maintain proper records of company contacts, JDs, candidates, interviews and placements.

• Achieve assigned company tie-up and placement targets.

• Handle professional communication through calls, WhatsApp, Email and LinkedIn.

Requirements

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment, business development, staffing, placement or related field.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good body language and professional personality.

• Confidence to communicate with HRs and company decision-makers.

• Good convincing and negotiation skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Email, WhatsApp and LinkedIn.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

• Candidates with experience in recruitment/placement consultancy or corporate tie-ups will be preferred.
