We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our client base, build strong customer relationships, and promote our financial products and services. The ideal candidate should be self-driven, confident, and passionate about helping customers with financial planning.
Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, client meetings, and referrals.
Promote and explain financial products such as life/general/health insurance, mutual funds, SIPs, NPS, bonds, corporate FDs, credit cards, and other services.
Understand customer needs and provide suitable financial solutions.
Maintain strong follow-up with leads and ensure timely conversion.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
Assist clients with documentation and onboarding for insurance, investments, and banking products.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams and partner institutions for smooth service delivery.
Stay updated with market trends, product knowledge, and regulatory guidelines.
Participate in promotional activities, financial camps, and marketing campaigns.
Minimum qualification: HSC / Graduation
Experience in financial services, insurance, or sales will be an added advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, Company APP).
Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined.
