Grey Rock Technology is looking for a motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive client acquisition and revenue growth in the IT services sector. The role requires working in the US time zone to engage with international clients and prospects.
Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and referrals
Identify potential clients, understand their business requirements, and pitch suitable IT services
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Follow up with leads and schedule online/offline client meetings
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales decks and handle deal closures
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in the CRM system
Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities and industry trends
Generate 5–10 qualified leads per week
Close 2–4 clients per month, based on performance and experience
Meet assigned revenue and conversion targets as per management guidelines
1year to 6 year of experience in IT Business Development / IT Sales
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
Strong negotiation, convincing, and client-handling skills
Target-oriented with the ability to work under pressure
Ability to manage multiple leads and clients simultaneously
Working knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, Email
Experience using LinkedIn, Freelancer.com, and other lead-generation platforms
Willingness to work in the US time zone (IST 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM)
