Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

 Handle dealer & distributor queries via calls, emails, and WhatsApp

 Manage customer complaints and service requests with proper follow-ups

 Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Dispatch teams for order processing

 Track order status, dispatch updates, and delivery timelines

 Maintain and update CRM data accurately

 Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports for management review

 Ensure timely resolution (TAT) of all customer queries and complaints

 Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors

Key Skills Required

 Strong communication skills in Hindi & English

 Experience in customer handling / client coordination

 Good problem-solving and complaint resolution ability

 Proficiency in Excel (MIS reporting, basic formulas, tracking)

 Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar)

 Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Preferred Candidate Profile

 Experience in B2B / Manufacturing / Building Materials industry

 Prior experience in dealer/distributor handling (preferred)

 Exposure to order management and dispatch coordination

 Immediate joiner or short notice period candidate preferred
