We are looking for a results-driven Business Development professional with 2+ years of experience to lead and scale institutional partnerships for our education and study-abroad initiatives. This role involves building long-term relationships with colleges, training institutes, schools, and education partners across India, while driving consistent student lead generation and business growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify, onboard, and manage strategic partnerships with colleges, training institutes, schools, and overseas education agents across India.
• Drive high-quality student leads and conversions from partner institutions.
• Lead partnership discussions, negotiations, and MoU closures.
• Act as the primary relationship manager for partner institutions nationwide.
• Plan and execute pan-India campus visits, seminars, workshops, and outreach programs.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach, meetings, partnerships, and conversions using CRM tools.
• Track targets, performance metrics, and submit regular BD reports to leadership.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and counseling teams.
• Represent the company at education fairs and institutional meetings across India.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Required:
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven experience in B2B or institutional sales.
• Target-driven and comfortable with extensive pan-India travel.
Preferred:
• Experience in Education, EdTech, or Study Abroad.
• Knowledge of admissions and education lifecycle.
