Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation & Prospecting:
1. Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities from different platforms.
2. Craft compelling proposals and bids tailored to client requirements.
3. Develop and execute strategies to consistently generate high-quality leads for web, mobile, Shopify, and software development projects.
• Pipeline Management:
1. Maintain a robust and continuous pipeline of potential projects from initial contact to proposal submission.
2. Track and manage all lead activities and communications within a CRM system.
• Client Engagement & Communication:
1. Engage with prospects through written communication, and potentially calls/video conferences, to understand their needs and articulate our solutions.
2. Build and nurture relationships with potential clients to foster long-term partnerships.
• Market Understanding:
1. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and client demands within the freelancing platform ecosystem.
2. Possess a good understanding of software development lifecycle for web and mobile applications, Shopify development, and effectively communicate with prospects.
• Target Achievement:
1. Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets for new project acquisitions.
2. Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize lead generation efforts.
Required Skills s
Qualifications:
1. 2+ years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation.
2. Demonstrable proficiency in lead generation using various portals, including advanced search techniques, proposal writing, and client communication.
3. Strong ability to maintain a continuous pipeline of projects and manage multiple leads simultaneously.
4. Excellent written communication skills in English are a must.
5. Strong analytical skills to identify future trends and emerging opportunities.
6. Good understanding of software development processes for both web and mobile applications. 7. Good understanding of Shopify platform capabilities.
8. Target-oriented professional with a strong drive to achieve and exceed goals.
9. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
10. Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
Qualification Requirements:
Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred. MCA or BE candidates with relevant experience and skills are also eligible to apply.
