Gateway HR Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing recruitment and staffing company specializing in hiring solutions for manufacturing, engineering, automotive, industrial, and allied sectors. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our client base across Pune, Chakan, Talegaon, Ranjangaon, and nearby industrial areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, email campaigns, and LinkedIn.

• Identify and approach manufacturing companies with staffing and recruitment requirements.

• Visit client locations to understand hiring needs and build long-term business relationships.

• Present the company's recruitment and staffing solutions to HR, Plant Heads, Factory Managers, and business decision-makers.

• Schedule and conduct client meetings and business presentations.

• Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close business deals.

• Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of hiring requirements.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and prospective clients.

• Achieve monthly business development and client acquisition targets.

• Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing or Sales preferred).

• Experience in B2B sales, staffing, recruitment, HR services, or industrial sales is preferred.

• Strong lead generation and client acquisition skills.

• Comfortable visiting industrial clients and conducting face-to-face meetings.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

• Good knowledge of the manufacturing ecosystem in Pune, Chakan, Talegaon, Ranjangaon, Pimpri-Chinchwad, and surrounding industrial belts will be an added advantage.

• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and LinkedIn for business development.

• Must possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
