Qualifications:
MBA/PGDBM
Experience:
Minimum experience 2 to 3 years in B2B sales.
Generated sustained business growth through exceptional field sales performance, consistently exceeding targets.
Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
Communication & interpersonal skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to translate technical marketing concepts into simple language
Ability to create and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals
Confidence to interact with business owners, marketing heads, and negotiate deals.
Active listening to understand client goals and pain points.
Performance & mindset
Understanding of basic sales processes (prospecting, qualifying, closing)
Comfortable working with sales targets, KPIs, and deadlines
Self-driven with a strong sense of accountability

Building client relationships and identifying advertising needs
Creating tailored ad proposals and advertising plans
Familiarity with B2B sales environments
