Business Development Executive – IT
Location: Bhopal
Office Timing: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Monday to Saturday
Salary: As per company standards
We are looking for a Business Development Executive with experience in IT business development, lead generation, project bidding, and client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and acquire new IT clients.
Bid on projects through Upwork, Freelancer, Guru and similar platforms.
Prepare customised proposals and handle client communication.
Negotiate pricing, scope and timelines.
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into clients.
Coordinate with the technical team and maintain client relationships.
Achieve assigned business development targets.
Requirements:
2–6 years of relevant IT Business Development experience.
Experience with freelancing/project bidding platforms.
Strong English communication and proposal-writing skills.
Basic knowledge of Web Development, SEO, PPC & Digital Marketing.
Strong negotiation, follow-up and client-handling skills.
