that prepares them for real-world success. Through a blend of seminars, workshops, and structured
training programs, we ensure that every learner gain both industry exposure and academic excellence,
helping bridge the gap between education and employment.
About the Role
We are currently hiring for the position of Business Development Associate. This role is ideal for
graduates who are passionate about student interaction, counselling, and coordination of educational
programs and seminars.
Key Responsibilities
• Guide students about career-oriented and professional training programs offered by Future
Fly Tech.
• Conduct and coordinate career seminars, workshops, and counselling sessions in colleges and partner institutions.
• Interact with students and parents, explain course benefits, and assist them in making
informed career decisions.
• Make outbound calls to student databases provided by the academy.
• Invite students to attend seminars/workshops and ensure confirmations.
• Maintain follow-ups with interested candidates and assist them through the admission process.
• Represent Future Fly Tech during student events and educational campaigns.
Overall, as a Business Development Associate, your focus will be on identifying and engaging potential candidates, driving the sales process, maintaining client relationship and contributing to Future Fly Tech’s growth and success.
