Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) / Telesales professional to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving B2B sales, building relationships with business clients, and generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach, telecalling, and customer engagement. Interns are also welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to potential B2B clients.
Market Research: Conduct research to understand the needs of businesses and provide tailored solutions aligned with the company's offerings.
Customer Acquisition: Close deals with business clients by presenting products/services, negotiating terms, and ensuring the sales process is smooth and effective.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer retention and repeat business.
CRM Management: Keep accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and updates in CRM software.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products/services and the competitive landscape to provide accurate and persuasive sales pitches.
Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, market feedback, and new business opportunities to management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in B2B sales, telesales, or business development (ideally 1–3 years in a similar role).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build relationships and handle objections effectively.
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Target-driven and ability to work under pressure.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a passion for sales.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A good understanding of business needs and the ability to propose effective solutions.
