Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development to promote our compliance and skill development solutions. This role goes beyond traditional product selling—it requires consultative sales, relationship building, and positioning our services as a strategic advantage for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualifying leads through research, portals, cold calling, soft mailing, and follow-ups.
Engage with CEOs, HR Heads, Compliance Officers, and other senior stakeholders.
Understand client needs and position compliance/skill development solutions effectively.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and workshops with prospective clients.
Collect, analyze, and manage client and candidate data for reporting and portal management.
Stay updated with industry trends, compliance regulations, and competitor practices.
Visit client sites as required for discussions and deal closures.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong communication, presentation, and drafting skills (mandatory).
Confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
Ability to perform consultative and concept-based sales.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and client/portal management tools.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and proactive in achieving sales targets.
Negotiation and persuasion skills with a client-focused approach.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, MBA (Marketing) or related.
Experience: 0–3 years
Prior exposure to B2B sales, compliance services, HR solutions, or government skill development programs (NAPS/NATS) will be an added advantage.
