Job Description – Business Development Executive (Female Only)

📍 Location: Sector 11, Faridabad
🏢 Industry: Real Estate
💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 + Attractive Incentives

📈 Experience: 6 Months to 2 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and nurture company-provided leads.

• Connect with prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings.

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options.

• Schedule and coordinate site visits.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Update CRM and maintain accurate client records.

Requirements:

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Telecalling, or Real Estate.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of real estate sales processes is preferred.

• Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
