About the Role

ET Creatives is looking for an energetic and target-driven Business Development Executive who can generate new business opportunities, acquire clients, and build strong long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email, networking, referrals, and other channels.

• Identify and approach potential clients for digital marketing, branding, performance marketing, SEO, social media, and web development services.

• Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.

• Conduct client meetings, prepare proposals, negotiate, and close deals.

• Maintain and regularly update the sales pipeline.

• Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers.

• Coordinate with internal creative, marketing, and development teams for smooth client onboarding.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Servicing, or related roles.

• Experience in a Digital Marketing / Advertising / IT / Creative Agency is preferred.

• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.

• Good understanding of digital marketing services.

• Confident in speaking with founders, business owners, and senior decision-makers.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.

• Existing client/network connections will be an added advantage.
