Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer requirements, conducting property presentations and site visits, and converting prospects into successful sales while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through calls, referrals, social media, and other marketing channels.
- Understand customers' property requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial projects.
- Schedule and coordinate property site visits.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and legal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
- Stay updated on market trends, project details, pricing, and competitor activities.
- Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and property launches.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic knowledge of real estate sales and CRM software is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Good presentation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply; candidates with 0–3 years of sales or real estate experience will be preferred.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Kannada is an added advantage.
