- Education: MBA (2025 pass-outs), BBA, BCom (2024 & 2025 pass-outs), BTech (all branches, 2025 pass-outs)

- Preference: Candidates from reputed universities

•Job Description & Requirements:•

- Requested Band & Salary:

- 3 months training: ₹15,000/month

- Post-training: ₹3.5 - 6 LPA (based on performance)

- Language Requirement: English

- Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Teamwork and collaboration

- Analytical and problem-solving skills

- Basic understanding of business principles and practices

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)

- Social media savvy

- Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends

- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients

- Assist in developing and implementing business development strategies

- Create and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and other business documents

- Participate in client meetings, pitches, and presentations

- Help build and maintain relationships with existing clients

- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products/services

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams

- Perform data entry and maintain CRM databases

- Provide general administrative support to the business development team

- Flexibility to work in shifts (11 AM - 8 PM)
