We’re Hiring | Business Development Executive (Field Sales) | Bangalore

Elegance Enterprises is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented candidates for the role of Business Development Executive (Field Sales).

📍 Location: Bangalore

💼 Experience: 1–2 Years

💰 Salary: ₹3LPA – ₹8.40 LPA

🕥 Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

🔹 Job Responsibilities:

• Visit construction sites and generate leads

• Interact with clients and explain company projects/services

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Coordinate with the internal sales team

• Achieve monthly sales targets

🔹 Requirements:

• Fluent English communication is mandatory

• Hindi & Kannada speaking preferred

• Prior experience in sales/business development

• Comfortable with field sales and site visits

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
