EECOM BUSINESS CONSULTANCY is looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Telecaller – Sales Executives to generate leads, connect with online sellers, and promote our e-commerce services. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, confidence in handling sales conversations, and the ability to build strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Generation
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate qualified leads.
Explain the company's e-commerce services and their business benefits.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable service packages.
Follow up with interested prospects and convert them into clients.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve conversion targets.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Address customer queries and provide accurate information about services.
Coordinate with the Account Management team to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
Data Management
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions in CRM or Excel.
Update lead status and sales activities on a daily basis.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Collaboration
Work closely with the marketing team to follow up on digital leads.
Coordinate with account managers to facilitate client onboarding and service delivery.
Share customer feedback to help improve services and sales strategies.

Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
Good listening and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
0–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or inside sales.
Prior experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or B2B sales will be an advantage.
