EECOM BUSINESS CONSULTANCY is looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Telecaller – Sales Executives to generate leads, connect with online sellers, and promote our e-commerce services. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, confidence in handling sales conversations, and the ability to build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Generation

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate qualified leads.

  • Explain the company's e-commerce services and their business benefits.

  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable service packages.

  • Follow up with interested prospects and convert them into clients.

  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve conversion targets.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

  • Address customer queries and provide accurate information about services.

  • Coordinate with the Account Management team to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

  • Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales cycle.

Data Management

  • Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions in CRM or Excel.

  • Update lead status and sales activities on a daily basis.

  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with the marketing team to follow up on digital leads.

  • Coordinate with account managers to facilitate client onboarding and service delivery.

  • Share customer feedback to help improve services and sales strategies.

  • Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory).

  • 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or inside sales.
