We are looking for a customer-focused Destination Advisor to assist travelers in planning and booking memorable trips. The role involves understanding customer travel preferences, recommending suitable destinations and packages, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end travel experience.
Understand customer travel needs, budgets, and preferences
Recommend suitable destinations, itineraries, and travel packages
Provide detailed information on hotels, sightseeing, transport, and activities
Coordinate with internal teams and travel partners for bookings
Assist customers with trip planning, documentation, and pre-travel guidance
Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and messages
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
Maintain customer and booking details in CRM systems
Graduate in any discipline (Travel & Tourism preferred)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-centric and sales-oriented mindset
Passion for travel and destination knowledge
Ability to handle multiple bookings and deadlines
Willingness to learn travel systems and processes
Knowledge of domestic and international destinations
Experience in travel sales or trip planning
Familiarity with booking tools and CRM systems
