Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) with experience in the IT industry. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building strong relationships with clients for IT services and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate leads for IT services (e.g., software development, web/app development, SaaS solutions, digital services)
Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions
Conduct client meetings (virtual and in-person) to present company offerings
Coordinate with technical teams to create customized proposals
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
Required Skills:
Lead Generation in IT services/domain
Strong customer communication and client handling skills
Experience in client meetings and presentations
Excellent communication skills
Understanding of IT services (software development, APIs, cloud, etc.)
Negotiation and closing skills
Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
Experience working with CRM tools
Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, or similar
