Eligibility:

· BBA / B. Com / MBA / B.Tech (Freshers can apply).

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

· Basic knowledge of sales or marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

· Generate and follow up on sales leads

· Assist clients in property selection and site visits

· Build and maintain strong customer relationships

· Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions

· Achieve monthly sales targets

· Coordinate with the internal team for smooth deal closure

Required Skills:

· Excellent verbal and written communication

· Negotiation and persuasion skills

· Confidence and presentable personality

· Basic MS Excel and CRM knowledge (added advantage)

· Goal-oriented and self-driven mindset
