Role Objective

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new corporate training business, building long-term client relationships, and expanding Dhruvsatya’s presence across target industries through structured prospecting, consultative selling, and opportunity conversion.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Identify and generate new corporate training opportunities through:

    • Cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking

    • Engagement with HR Heads, L&D Leaders, Safety Heads, Plant Heads, and CXOs

  • Develop a healthy pipeline of training, consulting, and long-term engagement opportunities

  • Map target organisations and decision-makers across priority sectors

Client Engagement & Consultative Selling

  • Understand client needs related to:

    • Leadership, behavioural skills, safety, compliance, HR transformation, and team development

  • Position Dhruvsatya’s solutions in a consultative, value-driven manner

  • Coordinate meetings, presentations, virtual calls, and proposal discussions

Proposal & Closure Support

  • Coordinate internally to:

    • Prepare customised proposals, concept notes, and commercial estimates

  • Follow up rigorously to move opportunities from discussion to closure

  • Support negotiations and contracting in alignment with organisational guidelines

Relationship Management & Account Development

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and past clients

  • Identify repeat business and cross-selling opportunities

  • Ensure smooth handover to delivery teams post-closure

Reporting & CRM Discipline

  • Maintain accurate MIS on leads, meetings, proposals, and closures

  • Provide weekly and monthly business development reports

  • Track conversion ratios and pipeline health

Candidate Profile

Education

  • Graduate / Post-Graduate in Management, Marketing, HR, or related fields

  • MBA (Marketing / HR) preferred but not mandatory

Experience

  • 2 to 6 years of experience in:

    • Corporate training sales

    • Consulting sales

    • B2B services / solutions sales

  • Prior exposure to training, HR consulting, L&D, safety, or professional services will be a strong advantage (Preferably from Mafoi, Ranstadt, Genius, any reputed training/placement company)

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills (verbal & written)

  • Confidence in interacting with senior corporate stakeholders

  • Ability to understand intangible, solution-based offerings

  • Structured follow-up and closure orientation

  • High energy, self-driven, and target-focused mindset

  • Comfort with MS Office, CRM tools, email & virtual meetings

Compensation
