Role Objective
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new corporate training business, building long-term client relationships, and expanding Dhruvsatya’s presence across target industries through structured prospecting, consultative selling, and opportunity conversion.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Lead Generation
Identify and generate new corporate training opportunities through:
Cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
Engagement with HR Heads, L&D Leaders, Safety Heads, Plant Heads, and CXOs
Develop a healthy pipeline of training, consulting, and long-term engagement opportunities
Map target organisations and decision-makers across priority sectors
Client Engagement & Consultative Selling
Understand client needs related to:
Leadership, behavioural skills, safety, compliance, HR transformation, and team development
Position Dhruvsatya’s solutions in a consultative, value-driven manner
Coordinate meetings, presentations, virtual calls, and proposal discussions
Proposal & Closure Support
Coordinate internally to:
Prepare customised proposals, concept notes, and commercial estimates
Follow up rigorously to move opportunities from discussion to closure
Support negotiations and contracting in alignment with organisational guidelines
Relationship Management & Account Development
Maintain strong relationships with existing and past clients
Identify repeat business and cross-selling opportunities
Ensure smooth handover to delivery teams post-closure
Reporting & CRM Discipline
Maintain accurate MIS on leads, meetings, proposals, and closures
Provide weekly and monthly business development reports
Track conversion ratios and pipeline health
Candidate Profile
Education
Graduate / Post-Graduate in Management, Marketing, HR, or related fields
MBA (Marketing / HR) preferred but not mandatory
Experience
2 to 6 years of experience in:
Corporate training sales
Consulting sales
B2B services / solutions sales
Prior exposure to training, HR consulting, L&D, safety, or professional services will be a strong advantage (Preferably from Mafoi, Ranstadt, Genius, any reputed training/placement company)

Strong communication and persuasion skills (verbal & written)
Confidence in interacting with senior corporate stakeholders
Ability to understand intangible, solution-based offerings
Structured follow-up and closure orientation

Comfort with MS Office, CRM tools, email & virtual meetings

Compensation
CTC: As per industry standards and experience (2.5 to 3.5 Lac per annum)
