Responsibilities :
Search the internet to identify potential industrial and manufacturing companies.
Build and maintain a database of company names, contact persons, phone numbers, email addresses, and locations.
Call decision-makers such as Purchase Managers, Plant Heads, Production Managers, and Directors.
Understand customer requirements and identify business opportunities.
Introduce the company's products and services professionally.
Send quotations, catalogs, and company profiles.
Follow up regularly until the order is received.
Update all interactions in Excel or CRM.
Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation and sales targets.
Requirements :
Good internet research skills.
Excellent communication in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus).
Comfortable making 80–120 outbound calls per day.
Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and email.
Experience in B2B sales, telecalling, and lead generation is preferred.
