Job Title: Work From Home – Ad Posting Executive

About the Role

We are looking for motivated individuals across India who can help people sell their products by encouraging them to post ads on the Dekho Becho app. Your role is to find potential sellers, connect with them, explain the benefits of the app, and assist them in posting their advertisements.

Responsibilities

• Find people who want to sell products, vehicles, properties, or other items.

• Contact potential sellers through calls, WhatsApp, social media, or other online platforms.

• Explain the benefits of posting ads on the Dekho Becho app.

• Help users create and post their ads successfully.

• Follow up with interested sellers until their ad is live.

• Maintain a daily record of leads and ads posted.
  

Requirements

• Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus).

• Smartphone or laptop with a stable internet connection.

• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and online marketplaces.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented.

• Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome.
