Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic MBA Marketing Fresher to support our service recruitment and staffing services. The candidate will assist in client acquisition, market research, branding activities, and coordination with recruitment and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in business development activities for recruitment and staffing services

• Identify and generate new leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms

• Support in client onboarding and maintaining client relationships

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends

• Coordinate with the recruitment team to understand client manpower requirements

• Prepare marketing proposals, presentations, and reports

• Support branding and promotional activities (online & offline)

• Maintain CRM data and follow up with potential clients

• Achieve assigned monthly lead generation and conversion targets

Required Skills & Competencies:

• MBA in Marketing (Freshers can apply)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, and recruitment processes

• Confident in calling and client interaction

• Willingness to learn and work in a target-oriented environment

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Positive attitude and strong follow-up skills
