Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Business Development Executive – IT Sales who will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and closing deals in the field of AI software products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive B2B sales for AI-based software solutions
Generate and qualify leads via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
Identify pain points and match AI use cases with client requirements
Conduct product demos and solution presentations to prospective clients
Collaborate with technical teams to understand solution capabilities and translate them into client-friendly proposals
Prepare sales pitches, proposals, and business presentations
Manage and update leads/opportunities in the CRM system
Maintain regular follow-ups and relationships with prospects and existing clients
Track sales KPIs and contribute insights to improve sales strategy and pipeline
Conduct market research to identify potential industries, segments, and decision-makers
Stay updated with trends in AI, SaaS, and enterprise tech
Qualifications and Other Details
6 months to 1 year of experience in IT Sales / B2B Software Sales / SaaS / Tech Sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficiency in using CRM tools
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Knowledge of AI/ML concepts or interest in learning AI solutions is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or Marketing
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Comfortable working on-site at Bhayander, Mumbai
We prefer Mumbai-based candidates for this role
