💰 Salary: Up to ₹50,000 CTC

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth across Coimbatore and nearby markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.

• Generate leads through market visits, networking, and project enquiries.

• Build strong relationships with Architects, Builders, Developers, PMCs, Contractors & Channel Partners.

• Drive enquiries from lead generation to order conversion.

• Prepare quotations and coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution.

• Track market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.

• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure excellent service.

• Follow up on payments and collections.

• Maintain accurate CRM records and submit regular sales reports.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• 2-5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably B2B / Project Sales.

• Experience working with Architects, Builders, Developers, PMCs, Contractors or Channel Partners will be an advantage.

• Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.

• Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable with field sales and regular travel.

• Proficiency in MS Office / CRM is an added advantage.
