We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team at at D'life Interiors Private Limited. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently generate leads; no leads will be provided by the Head Office.

• Branch will not assign walk-in leads; all sales depend on personal prospecting efforts.

• Utilize in house software for estimations and client proposal support.

• Report directly to the Branch Manager for updates, progress, and guidance.

• During the initial period, no sales targets are assigned; focus on learning processes, systems, and client interaction.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships (Silver Envoy level) to drive

• sustainable business.

• Responsible for 1 sale booking (token collection only) initially.

• From the initial months, aim to achieve 2 sale bookings per month.

• Role requires 100% on-site work or working from office to generate leads effectively.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Post Graduate and 0 - 1 years of experience. Applicants should have strong negotiation skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
