Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and confident Tender Executive to manage government tender processes and coordinate with government departments. The ideal candidate should have up to 1 year of experience in government tendering, possess strong communication and client-handling skills, and be willing to travel for official meetings.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and monitor government tender opportunities through GeM and other tender portals.
Prepare, review, and submit tender documents accurately and within deadlines.
Liaise with government departments and officials regarding tender-related activities.
Ensure compliance with tender guidelines, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
Maintain records of submitted tenders, correspondence, and follow-ups.
Coordinate internally with relevant teams for technical and commercial documentation.
Stay updated on GeM procedures, government procurement policies, and tender do's and don'ts.
Attend client and government meetings as required.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
0–1 year of experience in government tendering or liaisoning.
Working knowledge of GeM (Government e-Marketplace) and other government tender portals.
Understanding of government tender documentation, processes, and compliance requirements.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Confident in client interactions and relationship management.
Willingness to travel for official meetings and client visits.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
