Salary

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through various channels and networking.
- Contact and meet prospective clients to understand their business requirements.
- Present and explain company products/services to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Negotiate and coordinate with clients to support successful business closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of prospects, leads, meetings, and business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Contribute innovative ideas to improve business growth and client acquisition.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Kannada – Mandatory

- Tamil / Telugu / Malayalam will be an added advantage.

About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and motivated Telecalling Executives to join our team in Wilson Garden, Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to confidently interact with prospective customers over the phone.
Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Salary
- Freshers: ₹16,000 – ₹18,000 In-hand per month
- Experienced: ₹20,000 – ₹24,000 In-hand per month
- Salary for experienced candidates will depend on relevant experience and interview performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain company products and services clearly and professionally.
- Generate leads through effective telecalling and customer interaction.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the relevant team for further follow-up and conversion.
- Handle customer queries professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.
