Job Description – BDE & BDM (US Staffing)

Company: CoreHunt Inc.

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Experience: 6 Months – 3 Years

Shift Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:30 AM

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Off)

Job Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the US Staffing market.

Connect with US clients and Tier 1 Prime Vendors to generate business.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Generate leads, negotiate rates, and follow up on business opportunities.

Work towards achieving business development targets.

Requirements

Experience in US Staffing sales or business development.

Good communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

Knowledge of US Staffing processes and market trends.

Experience working with Tier 1 Prime Vendors will be preferred.
