We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Sales Development Manager (SDM)/ Business Development Manager (BDM) or Business Development Executive (BDE) to build and manage a high-performing team of insurance advisors/agents. This is an Agency Channel role, where the primary responsibility is to recruit, train, and drive a team to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit and onboard insurance advisors/agents
Build and manage a team to drive life insurance sales
Train, motivate, and guide agents to achieve targets
Generate business through the agency network
Monitor team performance and ensure productivity
Conduct regular field activities with agents for closures
Develop strong market presence and network
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
