About the Role
We are looking for a focused and result-oriented Inside Sales Associate who can drive student admissions for Colleges. This role requires someone who understands sales, is confident in communication, and is committed to converting student inquiries into successful enrollments.

Key Responsibilities
Connect with prospective students through calls and follow-ups
Understand student requirements including course preference, budget, and career goals
Guide and counsel students on suitable colleges and programs
Drive the complete admission cycle from inquiry to enrollment
Build trust and maintain strong follow-up with students and parents
Coordinate with partner colleges for admission processing
Maintain accurate records of leads and conversions in CRM
Achieve and exceed monthly admission targets

Strong communication(English) and convincing skills
A goal-oriented mindset with the ability to close admissions
High level of ownership and accountability
Consistent follow-up discipline
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Basic understanding of sales processes and student counseling
Language - English & Hindi (Marathi, Bengali, Telugu) additional language preferred.
Experience in education sales, edtech, tele-calling, or admissions counseling will be an advantage.
