Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other lead generation channels.

• Identify and qualify potential clients.

• Schedule meetings and demos with prospective customers.

• Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.

• Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

• Maintain accurate records of leads and activities in CRM.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to learn and grow in a sales environment.

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field.

• MBA (Marketing) is an added advantage.

Experience

• 0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Lead Generation, or Customer Relationship Management.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Preferred

• Experience in IT Sales or Software Services (preferred but not mandatory).

• Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, or lead generation platforms.
