Role Overview

We are seeking ISO Management Consultants who are passionate about quality, process improvement, and client engagement. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong analytical ability, and a willingness to learn and deliver valuedriven consulting services.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct gap analysis, develop implementation plans, and support clients in achieving ISO certification (e.g., ISO 9001, 27001, 14001, 45001, etc.).

• Assist clients in developing and documenting management system procedures, policies, and records.

• Perform internal audits and guide clients in preparing for external audits.

• Collaborate with clients to ensure compliance with standard requirements.

• Provide training sessions and awareness programs for client teams.

• Communicate effectively with clients to build long-term professional relationships. Prepare and present progress reports to the management team.

• Continuously stay updated with the latest ISO standards, guidelines, and best practices.

  Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (engineering, management, or related fields preferred).

• Good communication and presentation skills (mandatory).

• Knowledge of ISO standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc., is an added advantage.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple client projects effectively.

• Willingness to travel for client visits and audits (domestic & international).

• Freshers with strong communication and a keen interest in ISO standards are
