Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Executive for our FMCG . The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience in Business Development, preferably from the FMCG industry, with strong skills in client acquisition, relationship management, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the FMCG.

• Generate leads and convert them into potential clients/business partners.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.

• Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.

• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential customers.

• Handle client meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business requirements.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

• Prepare regular sales/business development reports for management.

• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.

Requirements :

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Business Development/Sales.

• FMCG experience is highly preferred.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong client handling and relationship management abilities.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated professional.

• Good knowledge of the Delhi/NCR market will be preferred.
