## Job Title: New Business Development Executive (Sales)
### Role Overview
The New Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for driving company growth by closing sales in new business opportunities, building client relationships, and increasing revenue. This role focuses on high-impact outreach and managing the sales journey from lead qualification to final closure.
### Key Responsibilities
• Lead Management: Obtain lead data from the marketing team and initiate contact.
• Outreach & Qualification: Send and manage WhatsApp marketing campaigns to leads to qualify and identify interested clients.
• Engagement: Proactively follow up with interested clients and share the company profile via Zoom calls or WhatsApp.
• Product Presentation: Connect with clients to discuss products, conduct presentations/demos, and send tailored proposals or samples as needed.
• Sales Closure: Negotiate contracts, handle persistent follow-ups, and successfully close deals.
• Post-Sale Transition: Hand over confirmed sales orders to the CRM team for delivery and payment collection.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with Field Sales Executives for in-person client meetings when necessary.
### Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability in negotiation and persuasion.
• Ability to work independently and meet strict sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM software• (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and digital communication tools.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
### Preferred Experience
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or similar roles.
Experience in B2B or B2C• environments.
### Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Your success in this role will be measured by the MECA metric and the following:
• Meetings/Calls per Day: Maintaining a high volume of active outreach.
• Sales Conversion Rate: Efficiency in turning marketing leads into confirmed orders.
• Average Revenue per Client: Maximizing the value of each closed deal.
