Job Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven business development manager (BDM) to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive growth in the exhibition industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and prospect potential clients in the exhibition and events industry

• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and online research

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for execution

• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations

• Attend exhibitions, events, and industry meets for business development

• Track market trends and competitor activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in business development/sales (exhibition industry preferred)

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work independently and meet targets

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

• Willingness to travel within Delhi/NCR
