Who Should Apply This role is only for candidates with prior experience in share recovery, IEPF claims, or a closely related investment recovery/financial consultation domain. Freshers and candidates with only general/unrelated sales experience will not be considered. What We're Looking For • A genuine business development mindset — someone who understands client challenges and objections, not just someone who makes calls. • Quick learner, individual contributor, comfortable operating under a KPI/KRA-driven structure. • Strong sales and communication skills, with real convincing power in a live conversation. • Confidence to close deals both in person and online — not just build rapport, but actually get to a yes. • Willingness to go through a Background Verification (BGV) check as part of the hiring process. • A clean, single-employer work record — no active freelancing, dual employment, or undisclosed outside business connections. • Deep understanding of the IEPF claim and investment recovery process. • Highly motivated and genuinely willing to put in the work — this is a target-driven, individual-contributor role. • Professional, honest, and result-oriented in approach. • Straightforward and ethical in dealing with clients and colleagues — we have no room for shortcuts, manipulation, or unethical conduct of any kind.

Note- 10–30% hike on last drawn CTC possible for the right candidate.
