We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Business Development Executives (BDEs) to join our team. The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with prospective students/clients and converting leads into enrollments.
Candidates who can speak Tamil will be given preference.
Counsel students and parents about courses and services offered by Bilivin Education
Handle inbound and outbound calls and follow up on leads
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable programs
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
Maintain accurate records of interactions and conversions
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of students
Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
Fluency in Tamil is preferred (English required)
Strong communication and convincing skills
Willingness to work in a target-driven environment
Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, or counselling is an advantage
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
Working Days: 6 days a week
Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
