Jashn Foreverr is a luxury celebration and event management company specializing in weddings, social events, lifestyle exhibitions, corporate events, and premium celebrations. We create unforgettable experiences and connect brands with high-value audiences through curated events and exhibitions.

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales Executive who can generate exhibitor leads, cold call potential exhibitors, conduct client meetings, and close stall bookings for our exhibitions and events.

The ideal candidate should be confident in field sales, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to build strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and approach potential exhibitors, sponsors, and business partners.

  • Build and maintain a database of fashion, jewellery, lifestyle, wedding, and luxury brands.

  • Generate leads through cold calling, market visits, social media, networking, and referrals.

Sales & Client Acquisition

  • Make 50–100 outbound calls daily.

  • Schedule and conduct meetings with business owners and decision-makers.

  • Visit stores, offices, and showrooms to present exhibition and event participation opportunities.

  • Explain stall packages, sponsorship opportunities, and marketing benefits.

  • Negotiate and close stall bookings and sponsorship deals.

  • Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with exhibitors and sponsors.

Reporting & Performance

  • Maintain daily call logs and visit reports.

  • Update lead status and follow-up schedules in CRM/Excel.

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.

Eligibility Criteria

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, exhibition sales, event sales, advertising sales, sponsorship sales, or B2B sales.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Comfortable with cold calling and field visits.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.

  • Ensure timely follow-ups and payment collections.

  • Coordinate with exhibitors before, during, and after events.

  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional.

  • Own vehicle preferred.

Expected Monthly Earnings

₹20,000 – ₹50,000+ depending on performance
