Bhu Nidhi Developers is looking for energetic and confident Business Development Executives to join our growing real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client interactions, site visit coordination, and converting prospects into successful sales.

Roles & Responsibilities

Generate leads through calls, social media, references, and field activities

Follow up with interested customers and investors

Explain project details clearly to clients

Coordinate and schedule site visits

Maintain customer database and sales reports

Build strong relationships with clients and channel partners

Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets

Requirements

Good communication and negotiation skills

Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling

Freshers & experienced candidates can apply

Passion for real estate and business development

Must be confident, presentable, and target-oriented

Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp marketing is an added advantage
