IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Total Sales/BD experience to be between 1 year – 15 years.
Excellent English communication.
AVOID:
- Avoid Job Hoppers. Shifting jobs in less than a year.
- Candidates who have a long gap and not working in the last one year to be avoided.
- Candidates who are from DSA selling any financial product usually doesn't have good english. If they are directly from the company/bank payroll then they can be considered.
- Candidates from credit card sales, loan process and recovery agents.
Handsome incentives ( even more than salary).
